JC, with his passion for art and culture, has created some phenomenal and original dishes for various commercial and private affairs.

Former owner of a Baskin Robbins franchise at 19, JC entered into culinary at an early age. His infusion of art with food serves as an inspiration to all who have the pleasure of tasting his creations. Deconstructed German Chocolate cake and basil ice cream with balsamic reduction are just a couple of the dishes JC has concocted. Today, JC continues his talent in the fine art world and gears his culinary skills to private holdings.

JC has one of everything...and we mean everything including a dead deer in his front yard.

Recently, JC designed, baked, sculpted, decorated, and executed the ultimate
Birthday Cake from Hell.
Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, fondant sculpted faces, cocoa dusted Bailey's Irish Creme truffles, and ganach-dipped and decorated burbon cherries. Let's not forget the extras that included rainbow sprinkles (to make it happy), a bamboo caterpillar and a dead locust.
