Innately passionate for the foodie world and with established roots in gardening, green houses and culinary, Danny has been working with our palates for over 35 years.

Former Sous Chef and Chef Garde Manger, Danny studied under influential chefs such as Karin Gaynor, Braunwyn McCain, Jeffrey Dorman and Scott Talon.

Raised on Southern soul food, Danny cut his teeth on haute cuisine at the age of 14. Kicking and screaming his way out of the grease traps in a rickety truck stop and having busted many suds along the way, Danny came to own and chef for his own catering businesses in Georgia and Tennessee.

Danny still lives with his imaginary pet lemur, Sugarfoot, and Dixie Mabel Myrtle-Belle and they annually vacation on the edge of the Okefenoke Swamp.
